After my daughter watched Toy Story 1 and 2 she 'borrowed' her older brother's Buzz Lightyear. Then she went in search of Woody and Jessie. Unfortunately, we had never purchased those toys. It was a great idea for her birthday gift... but where to find Woody in 2009? I couldn't find it in stores so I checked with Amazon. Should have started there first. Amazon almost always has exactly what I am looking for. I purchased Woody, Jessie and a Toy Story storybook for her birthday. She was thrilled and loves her new 'friends'. This is the perfect gift for any budding 'Toy Story' fan. Thanks Amazon for having just what I needed.

We purchased this buzz plush for our 2 year old son to sleep with. The first one we received seemed to be defective, as the head popped off 1 hour after he started playing with it. I spoke to "amazing plush", the vendor we purchased it from, and they sent a replacement the next day!They were fantastic to deal with.I think it was just a quality issue, and the replacement is doing just fine.I would recommend this toy for any child who has a love of toy story!

Our kids aren't hard on toys (certainly not harder on them than any other kid) - within an hour of opening the box, our 4 year old brought it to us broken (the head disconnected from the body). We had purchased it months beforehand and never got an exchange worked out since we'd had it so long (it was a Christmas gift) -- my husband eventually figured out that he could use a zip tie to replace the zip-tie-ish plastic fastening which had broken. Since then, the doll has held together well and is once again getting lots of love and attention. If the manufacturer has fixed this defect, the doll is wonderful; if they haven't, try our zip-tie suggestion if you purchase and the head comes off.

My 2-year-old son LOVES Toy Story and absolutely loves this Buzz Lightyear toy. It is plush except for the hard helmet. The helmet does not retract like it does on another Buzz that he got (which he noticed right away), but he still loves it! It seems to be well made and good quality. A good purchase!

This toy was purchased for my 2 year old granddaughter for Christmas because she is so crazy about the movie Toy Story. She knows all the toys in the movie -- and one of her favorites is slinky dog. i hadn't seen this little dog in any nearby stores, so ordered it online from amazon.com. it has held up well and is giving her many hours of enjoyable playtime while she hauls it around the house. I am happy with my purchase of this toy.

My daughter has been asking Santa for Slinky Dog since she was 4. Now that she is 9 she finally got it and you would not believe how happy she was to get it. She has it in her room next to the bed. She is too old to really play with it. I don't get it but it made her happy and that is all that matters. Worth the money.

When I received this product, it was wrapped in a plastic bag. The pull cord was broken. The toy didn't look new. I bought this toy from Disney because I thought the quality would be of a high standard. I returned the action fiqure, and I didn't ask to replace it.

Exactly as the one on Toy Story. People in other reviews complaint about durability of the string on the back, but my 4 year old cousin plays a lot with his Woody, and is working as it should be 4 months later. As far, is a great toy.

I purchased this Woody for my 2-year old grandson and he really loved it. But I was very surprised when one of the fingers broke off during play. It wasn't as durable as I had hoped and we were unable to locate the missing finger. My grandson was sad when it broke and we had to bandage it for him to not be so upset. My son wants to replace it, but I am kind of wary about purchasing another one.

my 2 year old loves it, I purchased it because he loves Toy Story and I thought it would be a good toy to use in his creative play, it is durable, proven by the was he has been flinging the toy around....he has fun with it, the wings don't pop out, but that's okay. As far as educational, it is part of his creative play, he has other educational toys for that, This one is a lot of fun.






Disappointment! - EFC - South Carolina
Such a disappointment...I ordered this for my 3 year old grandson's birthday. He loves Toy Story and I had already purchased for him a Woody doll. My complaint was NOT with the toy but the condition it was in. The clear plastic helmut was terribly scratched and some of the paint was missing from Buzz's costume. Also, there was noticable dirt on the toy. It appeared to be a used toy that had already been returned. I am sure this toy would eventually end up looking like this one when it had been played with! As it was not an inexpensive toy, I returned it and didn't want to gamble on receiving another one in the same condition. I will try to find it elsewhere.

Every time we passed this jet pack in the store, my die hard Toy Story fan would start pleading for it. As embarrassing as this was (no one--not even a mom--appreciates a gimmie kid), I couldn't helped put be charmed by the idea of this toy. After dozens and dozens of "not today" and "maybe for your birthday", and my daughter's own attempts at using household items to double for a jet pack, I caved when I saw it on Amazon, and that it would ship for free.

The straps are a little flimsy, and the wings are not movable components, but the toy has provided hours and hours of entertainment for her and my one year old who watches. You'll really want to ask yourself if you aren't going to mind your kid running around the house shouting and making electronic noises for hours at a time, but if you can hold out, the extended nap is a pretty decent pay out. With Toy Story 3 coming out, this toy will only increase in popularity and will make for an unbeatable gift for the toddler set.
